Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund, an exchange for a different size, or store credit, and choose your preferred shipping carrier.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Package your items securely in the original reusable mailer and attach the generated prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to your nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your return has been processed.
